1. Scope of Refunds
Refunds apply only to services purchased directly from Egnismedia LLC.
This policy covers: Lead Generation, Email Marketing, AI & Automation Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO & Content Intelligence, Web Development, and Mobile App Development services.
2. Service-Based Refunds
Due to the nature of digital marketing, web development, and app development services, refunds are generally not available once work has started or deliverables have been provided.
Refunds may be considered in cases where services have not been initiated or paid work is unfulfilled as agreed in the project scope.
3. Refund Request Process

Requests should include:
- Your full name and contact information
- Invoice or order number
- Reason for the refund request
Egnismedia LLC will review refund requests within 5 business days and communicate a decision.
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered if:
- Part of the service has been delivered
- The client has received some results or completed deliverables
The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, reflecting work completed.
5. Exclusions
Refunds do not cover:
- Costs related to third-party tools, ad spend, or hosting purchased on your behalf
- Services completed according to the agreed project scope
- Changes in client strategy, market conditions, or performance that are outside our control
6. Cancellations
Clients may cancel services before work begins and receive a full refund.
Services canceled after work begins may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on work completed.
